2025 Rose Arts Food Truck Application

If you are looking to share your culinary specialty with our festival patrons, you're in the right place! We're looking forward to a successful day for you and a fun filled day event for attendees. Please review the following information carefully to help the day run smoothly.

Event overview

When: Saturday, June 28, 2025
Time: Must be open 11am - 8pm (Option to open early/stay later is to your discretion)
Where: 2 Chelsea Parade South, Norwich, CT
Note: The festival begins at 11:00 AM sharp and the headlining band starts at 7:00 PM. The Rose Arts Road Race kicks off before the festival at 8:00 AM and ends around 10:00 AM. Mandatory operating hours for breakfast vendors are 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM for breakfast vendors. Vendors may not arrive late or leave early.

Promotion

We are actively promoting this event to attract a crowd of attendees from around the region and to
ensure that you have a profitable day. Our event website is www.RoseArtsFestival.com and will feature
a listing for you, as well as potential promotion on our social media channels. We highly encourage
promoting the festival and your attendance on your social channels as well so attendance can be even
more successful by alerting all of your followers to your participation! There is something for everyone
at Rose Arts Festival. In addition to vendors the day is filled with FREE live music, games, art activities,
bounce houses, performances and more. And did we mention the delicious food vendors? Please find

Electrical Needs

There is limited electricity available for food vendors that are tent only. There is an additional cost for
110V and you must provide your own heavy duty cords. If you are bringing a generator you are
responsible for providing your own "quiet" generator providing the appropriate electrical service for
your needs. Per the city of Norwich, any generator cords must be covered and a safety marker must be
placed near your generator. Generators must be 20 feet in distance from any cooking and serving tent.

**Note: If you are supplying your own power it cannot exceed 60 decibels when running. Please plan
accordingly in order to avoid disturbing participants and fellow vendors.

Day of Event Vendor Check-In

Broadway at Chelsea Parade, Norwich, CT

Food vendors are situated alongside Chelsea Parade on Broadway. This section of the road will be
closed to traffic. Vehicles are NOT permitted on the grass of Chelsea Parade. You must unload and
reload from the street curb. There is designated vendor parking available at the NFA North Lot as well as
street parking around the festival. You will plan for the time needed to set up and take down. Rose Arts
Festival reserves the right to refuse set up outside of the hours posted with no refund of vendor fee.

Event End/Loading

The headline band will begin at 7:00 PM. We encourage you to stay throughout the duration of the
festival, but you cannot begin packing up before 8:00 PM. Please be sure to clean up after yourself using
the available trash cans. Please note that Broadway will remain closed for traffic until after all the food
vendors have been removed from the area, so again please plan accordingly.
